ePOH is not an acronym, it is the word HOPe spelt in reverse. The name ePOH is central to our concept of giving HOPe to the future of IT in Jamaica and the world at large.
Our story
ePOH was formed in 1998 out of the need for IT and technical support that does not sacrifice integrity, quality and reliability. We are a virtual IT department solution, catering to companies who need a full-fledged IT department without the salaries, overheads and demands of an in-house IT team.
ePOH Jamaica Limited is an IT consultancy focused on assisting small to medium enterprises who cannot otherwise afford an internal IT department.

Michael Watson
Founder and Lead Architect
Michael’s business began at Wolmer’s Boys’ High School, where a Computer SBA and an Accounts SBA were built around the same company. By the end of high school he had a business on paper and was fixing computers for lunch money, and he kept the business going to help fund his college fees. An odd job became his first major client and then a job, and after nine years he left to take on consultancies. Narrowing to his core competency, computer user support, remote and in person, led to ePOHASSIST.
