How getting help works
- Tell us what is wrong. Raise a ticket, call or message us on WhatsApp.
- We take it from there. A member of the team confirms your request and begins.
- Remote first. Where we can fix it from our side, we connect securely to your desktop. Where it needs hands on site, we arrange it.
- Done and recorded. You get a resolution message so you know it is closed.
Onsite visits to your home or office may attract a transportation charge of J$2,500.

Basic
J$3,500 per workstation per month
Remote support in business hours, ticket tracking and routine maintenance.
Intermediate
J$4,000 per workstation per month
Everything in Basic, plus patching, security updates and faster response.
Enterprise
J$5,500 per workstation per month
Everything in Intermediate, plus priority response, proactive monitoring and reporting.
Need something outside a plan? Professional services and IT consultation are J$10,500 per hour.
